WinASTRA suite® is a Windows® software suite to easily manage and configure Asterisk® powered IPBXs. WinASTRA suite® will include features such as a supervision console, management panels, an operator panel, a native MySQL® based logger powered by the WinMySQL® engine for easy querying, an XML generator for Cisco™ IP 79xx phones, an XHTML generator for IPPhone microbrowsers and so on !...

The purpose of WinASTRA suite® is to supply an inexpensive modular native client/server solution to easily manage opensource Asterisk® based PBXs, and to enable efficient and user-friendly complex supervisions. Asterisk® with WinASTRA suite® will be, for instance, a pretty good alternative to CCM® (AKA Cisco Call Manager®).

For Cisco™ hardphones users and XHTML compliant IP Phones users, with an optional module, WinASTRA suite® will be also able to generate XML services for the Cisco™ IP 7900 series hardphones (such as 7905, 7912, 7920, 7940, 7941, 7960, 7961, 7970, 7971) and will be also able to generate XHTML services for compliant microbrowsers supplied with numerous hardphones such as Polycom™ Soundpoint™ IP600. WinASTRA suite® will have the ability to serve them via its built-in HTTP daemon. It will have too, a tiny DHCP (with option "66") and a tiny TFTP server to, for instance, easily cancel the factory default control from Cisco Call Manager® on Cisco™ 7900 series hardphones.
